Police say the boy died after collapsing while playing with his friends at their home in the garden in the city of Vail and the water tank was drained and put back up in his back garden.
Police said that no one was believed to be in immediate danger, adding that he was found in a ‘completely isolated area of the property’.

‘While outside of the house there was no sign of any physical injury to the family, the search and rescue team, who has been working closely with local residents, conducted a full investigation.

Neighbour Mike Bowerman said: ‘I heard screams and the sound of glass breaking. I heard a lady walking into the area. Someone came up to her and had a baby at the moment.’
